"Great museum, but the website is a chore"
I was just trying to look up tickets and hours on philamuseum.org, and it felt like way more work than it needed to be. The pages were loading a little slow for me, and I kept having to click through too many menus just to find basic info.

It was even more annoying on my phone because everything felt kind of cluttered, and I had to scroll around a bunch before I got what I needed. The museum itself seems awesome, but the website could really use a simpler layout with fewer steps.

"Pretty easy to get around"
I found the site easy to use with my screen reader overall. There were a couple of small issues that felt avoidable, but nothing that kept me from getting around

"Decent, but a little underwhelming"
Nice. There were definitely a few pieces I liked, but overall the collection felt a bit thin to me. I was expecting more variety and a little more excitement, so I ended up feeling kind of underwhelmed. Meh...

"Helpful staff made things easier"
I had a good visit overall. I’m always a little cautious in busy places because I don’t want to end up confused or stuck somewhere without knowing what to do, but the staff were genuinely helpful when we got turned around and had questions about tickets and where to go next. Everyone we spoke to was polite and didn’t make us feel rushed, which I really appreciated. A few of the lines were slower than I would’ve liked, but nothing that ruined the day. Overall, it was a nice experience.

"The cafe was good and the bathrooms were..."
The cafe was good and the bathrooms were actually clean, which I appreciated. I’m not the most patient person, so I was glad everything was straightforward and I didn’t have to deal with any hassle.

"Surprisingly easy to get there and park"
I went to the museum last weekend fully expecting the usual parking headache, because that’s just what happens at busy places, right? But nope, getting there was actually way easier than I thought. We drove in, followed the signs, and found a spot close without circling around forever like we were in some kind of parking lot nightmare. I also noticed the bus stops and rideshare drop-off areas were really convenient, too. For a place that gets that busy, transportation was weirdly not stressful at all. It put me in a better mood before we even got inside.

"Really nice special exhibits!! Just a little crowded..."
I really enjoyed the special exhibitions!! They were super interesting and definitely worth checking out... but it was a bit crowded when I went. I also wish the ticket info had been clearer, because that part was kind of confusing?? Overall, still a good visit!!!

"Nice museum, but getting around was a hassle"
The museum itself was really nice, and I enjoyed parts of the visit, but finding my way around was way more confusing than it should’ve been. I had to stop and ask staff a few times just to figure out where certain galleries and exits were, especially when moving between floors. Some signs seemed missing or just not clear enough. For a place this big, you’d think they’d invest more in basic wayfinding, but it kind of felt like they’re more focused on getting people through the door and spending money than making the actual visit easy. It added stress to what should’ve been a relaxed day.

"Ticketing was more confusing than it should’ve been"
Buying tickets online was kind of a hassle. The site didn’t make the time slots or what was included very clear, so I still had to ask at the door to make sure I had it right.

The entry line was slow too, even with tickets already purchased. Staff were nice, no issue there. Just felt more annoying than it needed to. Great museum, though.

"Quick and easy stop"
I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was smooth. The line moved fast, and it didn’t feel crowded inside at all. They had it moving well, so the whole visit was easy overall.
